Mission Statement:
Our mission is to work in partnership with, and for, the community to provide advocacy, information, and direct services for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and their families. Our services provide choice and empowerment while supporting individuals as they strive to realize their personal goals. We promote independence, respect and dignity.

Saturday, May 18, 2013!
Local communities from across Massachusetts will unite for the third annual celebration of our shared goal of providing a strong support system to those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Support our human rights movement and become one of the sponsors joining this celebration.
RIDE: Ride to raise awareness
RALLY: Rally for civil and human rights.
RAISE: Raise money for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Ride-A-Thon for the Brockton Area Arc will begin at The Shaw’s Center, Brockton on a luxury motor coach which will unite all riders at the Central Rally at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston. Local Send-off starts at 10:00 a.m. Central Rally is from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.

All money collected by the Brockton Area Arc will be used at the
Brockton Area Arc to support our Family Support Center. Official check
collection date: Thursday, May 16, 2013. All online donations will be
processed immediately.

our
team members and their supporters.
The second “All Aboard The Arc!” signature event was a huge success, again this year! Thanks to all our supporters, fundraisers and our Recruitment Manager, Gail Delgado.

Fund Raising:
Each year the Brockton Area Arc has only two major fundraisers: "All Aboard The Arc!" and our famous and fabulous golf tournament. The revenue earned during these events is vital to the continued success of our programs.
BAArc operates an Employment Services Program, offering both placement assistance in local businesses and job opportunities at our own Shoe City Contract Company.
BAArc's Day Habilitation Program provides therapeutic programming for adults with developmental disabilities. The day habilitation service model is ideal for tailoring a program specific to each individual program member’s needs.
BAArc's Family Support Center provides an active information, education and referral service to all members of the community.
